Editorial Policy
This page explains how a Career Ghar article travels from an official notice to your screen. It also covers what happens to the article after it goes live.
1. The notice comes first
Every article starts with a document from the body that runs the recruitment, exam or result. That means a notice on the website of a commission, board, ministry, bank or exam agency. We keep a copy of the PDF on our server and link to the original.
News reports, coaching sites and social media posts can tell us that something has happened. They are never the source of a fact on our pages. Until we can open and read the official notice, we wait.
2. Writing the page
We write each page for a candidate who has a few minutes and one question. The answer goes at the top. Then come the vacancy tables, eligibility, fees, key dates and the steps to apply or download.
Every number comes from the notice. When we work out a figure ourselves, such as a total across categories, we label it as our calculation. When the notice is silent on a point, we say so instead of guessing.
To learn what confuses candidates, we read public discussions on forums and in comment sections. We quote candidates only word for word, from posts less than two years old, with a link to the source. We never invent a quote or a reader.
3. A second check
Before a page goes live, a separate check compares it line by line with the official document. Posts, dates, fees, age limits and every link are checked again. The English and Hindi pages must show the same numbers.
4. After publishing
Recruitments change. Commissions issue corrigenda, extend dates and release admit cards and results. We watch the official source and update the page when that happens. The “Updated” date on each page shows the latest change. Once an application window closes, the page shows it automatically.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it as soon as the official source confirms the error. Report mistakes through our contact page with a link to the official notice.
Tools we use
We use software tools, including AI writing assistants, for research, drafting and translation. They never decide what is true. Every fact is matched with the official document before publishing, and the editor answers for every page.
Independence and advertising
We have no link with any government body or coaching institute. Ads may appear on the site, but advertisers have no say in what we write. We do not take money to publish or remove a notice.
Who is responsible
The founder and editor oversees every page. You can read the editor’s profile on the About page.
